Shipping policy

We at kazukee.com want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. 

Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. 

If products are in stock, orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If products are not in stock, you will be notified of the expected delivery date. 

 

Payment and Shipping Times

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Most orders are shipped from the Mainland UK if shipped on the same day (if received before 1pm on a weekday that is not a public holiday) and we have the goods in stock.

If the item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase. 

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or local/public holidays. 

Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders. 

Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address with your returned items.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Orders (outside of the UK)

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the UK.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please message us as soon as possible using the online form with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or are unhappy with please contact us to arrange your refund and the return of the items.

We accept non-faulty items back from our customers within 30 days of delivery however the items must be in a condition that would be suitable for the item to be resold. The item should not be personalised and be in their original packaging.

Any items that you return due to being faulty will be refunded in full including the delivery charge. The refund will be issued once we have inspected the item(s), you will be notified via email of when you should expect the refund. Customers must allow 14 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement for the faulty item. We aim to complete all refund processes within 10 working days.

If you have received the wrong item in your delivery, then we are very sorry and we will get the correct time to you as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service by email. 

If there is an item missing from your delivery then please check your confirmation emails. If the delivery invoice states that there is an item that should have been delivered then please contact our customer service by email. 

Any orders returned after 30 days are not entitled to any refund.

Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our store. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate would be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available and free of charge from the post office.
